Last week, I shut a bunch of stuff down. I had over planned and overcommitted, and wasn’t really making any progress.
So this week, I’m starting something new. Because of course I am. But theoretically, this will actually make me do more with less. I’m taking a page from other authors I follow and making some real, actionable goals. No more “I want to work on my book, and learn some stuff, and eventually publish it.” I mean, I’m still going to do that stuff, but I’m going to try and be more intentional about it. Back to the goal-setting habits I used (and taught) in the classroom.
This week, I will:
✅ Write two-three sprints per day
✅ Post my first chapter to my writing group for feedback
✅ Read and comment on the chapters the rest of the group posts
✅ Maintain my blog updates
✅ Drink more water
Wish me luck!
